Meet with our Speculator project coordinator to select materials, review color options, and confirm the installation scope. We work with your GC or architect to ensure the roof spec meets the overall building design.
Material Delivery & Staging
All materials verified against your approved proposal. Color, brand, quantity, everything double-checked before install day. No substitutions without your approval.
Certified Installation
Our Speculator crew installs every layer to manufacturer specifications: underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, starter strip, field material, hip and ridge caps, and ventilation. Every fastener placed per the manufacturer nailing schedule.
Warranty Registration
We schedule the building inspection and walk the roof with the inspector. Your manufacturer warranty gets registered the same day the roof passes inspection. You receive warranty paperwork within a week.
